1:1 Somatic Deep Visioning

Access profound wisdom from your unconscious for radical clarity and deeper soul alignment.

Somatic Deep Visioning one-to-one sessions facilitate profound change and personal growth. This somatic-led experience is held in a supportive container of deep listening, curiosity, self-inquiry and mutual discovery. In our session together, we'll explore your specific issue or concern through deep inner listening and dialogue with the sensations and symptoms of your body. We'll also journey into your inner visionary landscape to explore images, dreams, impressions, symbols, and metaphors for guidance, insight and transformation. Somatic Deep Visioning is a guided, intuitive-led process will help you to connect to your embodied wisdom and uncover your guiding inner core narrative, which will support you in re-patterning your habitual responses, behaviours, and experiences.

The Somatic Deep Visioning sessions will deepen your self-awareness, free you from your unconscious conditioning, and help build self-trust, emotional resilience, and personal agency.

How will the 1:1 Somatic Deep Visioning sessions help me?

My intention is to empower you through your core narrative and guide you towards possibility, meaning, purpose, and intention. When the unconscious speaks through the ‘bodymind’ it reveals aspects of our experience that feel out of reach or unavailable to our conscious mind. This can shed light on our persistent blocks, mental loops, restrictive life patterns, and received limiting ideas that hold us back and block the flow of our life force energy.

Similarly, the unconscious can uncover our untapped potential—our hidden talents, natural gifts and strengths, and unique affinities—and provide intuitive guidance for our life path. When we come into a relationship with these unconscious aspects of ourselves, we move towards deeper insight and integration and experience self-compassion, and radical acceptance. Clients often leave the session feeling more energised, grounded and connected, with a clearer sense of direction.

Who is Somatic Deep Visioning for?

These sessions are for anyone wishing to experience more ease and flow, aliveness, and authentic expression in their life, and for those who are:

Overwhelmed, exhausted, overstretched or burnt out.

Unable to break out of reactive patterns and habitual responses.

Caught in a pattern of struggle, striving, surviving, overachieving, perfectionism, procrastination or overthinking.

Creatively blocked or have a mean inner critic.

Navigating a period of personal change and transition, or feeling unmoored in life.

Experiencing emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, angry outbursts, inner collapse, emotional hiding or excessive vulnerability.

What happens in a session?

There will be a strong focus on your somatic experience–the felt-sense of your body. We start with the breath and body, using a somatic approach to ground, centre, and deepen your sense of rootedness and safety.

This involves building an awareness of your nervous system by tracking sensations and responses in the body and welcoming all parts of yourself before we move into a deeper exploration of your unconscious through guided imaginal journeying.

Frequently asked questions

That’s completely fine— the Somatic Deep Visioning process can still be very effective. We can explore your experience through the body’s felt sense. Just allow yourself to be open and curious.

You don’t need any experience – you will be guided and supported throughout.

I have experience in trauma healing, so I’m aware of how trauma is stored in the body and the nervous system. The session will always move at the pace of your body. I use a sensitive and respectful body-led approach that helps you ground and centre, and titrate your experience without the risk of overwhelm and re-traumatisation should any experience emerge.

I use a blend of different approaches and modalities that bring an intuitive depth to the session and support meaningful change. My integrative approach draws on Jungian psychology, imaginal journeying, Yoga Nidra, shamanism and teachings from Clean Language, therapeutic metaphor, Parts work, EMDR and somatic healing.

That’s entirely up to you and how you respond to the work we do together. Some clients prefer to attend once a month for a specific issue or concern; others attend occasionally when needed. These sessions are suitable alongside other healing modalities and treatments.

£115 per individually booked session.

All sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

I also craft personalised healing Yoga Nidra practices tailored to your individual needs. Your unique Yoga Nidra will be delivered live one-to-one and recorded for your personal use to deepen and enhance the benefits of this practice.

Meet Navreet

I’m Navreet Chawla, an experienced Yoga Nidra and Somatic practitioner and storyteller. My unique approach draws on over 20 years of experience in holistic healing as both a pharmacist and homeopath. I've spent most of my professional life at the borderlands between biomedicine and homeopathy—holding the tension between two opposing perspectives on healing, bridging the two worlds of the material and the invisible, while walking alongside tender souls in the liminal space of uncertainty between the ‘two kingdoms of the ill and well.’ During my time as a homeopathic pharmacist at The Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine, I listened and tended to many patients’ stories, developing a holistic awareness of how 'ease and dis-ease' evolves in the body. I witnessed profound healing through the mind-body connection. I observed how patients’ beliefs and perceptions of their experiences influenced their health and healing outcomes, and how the unconscious expresses stories through symptoms and sensations in the body.

We are storied beings. We are wired for story and meaning-making—how we perceive ourselves and make sense of our experiences shapes our daily lives. My interest in the healing power of storytelling and its ability to create new neural pathways and re-pattern and re-story our ways of seeing and thinking (neuroplasticity) led to further study and training in Narrative Medicine, Narrative Therapy, and true storytelling on stage. I'm a former host for Spark London, London’s first true storytelling night. My stories have been published in several anthologies and featured on BBC Radio 4, the Peabody Award-winning The Moth Radio Hour on PRX, and The Moth podcast, which is downloaded over 100 million times a year.
